NEW YORK -- Marines presented the American Flag during the opening ceremony at the US Open Tournament in Arthur Ashe Stadium, Aug. 29. The Marines from 6th Communications Battalion, 4th Marine Logistics Group, Marine Forces Reserve are stationed in Floyd Bennett Field, Brooklyn, New York and unfurl the flag annually for the last tennis major of the year for the Grand Slam. Novak Djokovic and Caroline Wozniacki entered the tournament as the top ranked male and female player.
