Arrubla Torres was one of seven service members to take the Oath of Citizenship on Liberty Island before the crown reopened to the public. Dr. Timothy Miller, chief of reconstructive surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center, operates on Aaron Mankin's face Nov. 18 at UCLA Medical Center.
